People at Work HR Consultancy Ltd recognise the importance of striving to ensure customers receive an exceptional level of support and service from us.
The Company was established in November 2018 to provide Human Resource Management advice and guidance to micro and small business.
We are based in Cardross and operate within Lomond and Helensburgh, Dunbartonshire and the greater Glasgow area and currently have one employee, who is also the business owner.
Quality is important to our business because we value our customers and their employees. We understand that employees are not just a number, but the resource in your company who can add tangible value to your business if managed and well supported.
It is envisaged that the Company will employ suitably qualified people in the future and we will also engage with local skills development companies and educational establishments to offer work experience to interested candidates.
To ensure we practice quality management the following principles set out the standards in which we measure our service delivery against.
These are:

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.
We have implemented the following systems and procedures to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:
· regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback;
· a customer complaints procedure;
· selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria;
· training and development for our employees;
· regular audit of our internal processes;
· measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims;
· management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints.
Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which will be made is available to any future employees.

Although the Company Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
