- Expert support in managing challenges such as grievance, discipline, managing absence including drafting the relevant documentation for you. This package provides you with 7 hours support per month should it be required.
- Management and processing of all employee related data using a HR Information System which includes a self service function where Directors/Managers/Employees can view and update some of their own records such as requesting annual leave, personal records such as address, next of kin etc. All employee documents can be stored in the electronic staff files. This ensures you have all employee related data held in the one place, securely and in line with Data Protection and GDPR regulations.

We offer a payroll processing as a stand-alone service, or as a service included in our HR & Payroll retainer packages. Processing HR information almost always affects payroll in some way i.e. overtime payments, holiday pay, Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay etc.
