Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

​Continuing professional development or continuing professional development (CPD) is the means by which people maintain their knowledge and skills related to their professional lives. Many professions define CPD as a structured approach to learning to help ensure competence to practice, taking in knowledge, skills and practical experience.
CPD can involve any relevant learning activity, whether formal and structured or informal and self-directed.


My formal development for October 2018 has included attendance at the following courses:

Lets Talk Tax delivered by Business Gateway, West Dunbartonshire Council.
Small Business and GDPR, Business Gateway, Glasgow City Council
Managing Discipline and Grievance Update, ACAS.
Employment Law Update, ACAS.
