We will work with you to :-
- Identify what people management steps could be taken to drive your business forward
- Source and arrange skills specific training
- Deliver line manager training
- Design and implement coaching and mentoring programmes for managers
Our Operating Hours
Our standard operating hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. We will be flexible in terms of attending meetings etc., to meet the needs of your business in the event that your employees work outwith standard business hours.
We are fully flexible in how support is delivered - by phone, on-line or in person.
